It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Tinsley (Cleveland, Tennessee), born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Tinsley and Juanita Tinsley; his grandmother Jean Tinsley; and his siblings, Mary Jane Bean, Sue Tinsley, Rob Tinsley, Joe Tinsley, Major Tinsley, Ralph Tinsley, Lona Scoggins and Frank Tinsley.
He is survived by: his son Jimmy Tinsley; his daughter-in-law Lana; his grandchildren, Dustin Tinsley and Breana; his great grandchild Little D.; his siblings, Norma Floyd, Margaret McKamey, Ola Mae Trentham, Glen Tinsley and Coy Tinsley; and his godchildren, Dara, Rachel and Paula.
