He is survived by: his children, Jerry Dale Martin, Jr., April Martin and David Martin; his sisters, Rhonda Smith (Eddie) and Vickie Becker (Don); and his grandchildren, Joshua Felder, Jake Felder, Jaden Martin and Samual Martin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
