He is survived by: his significant other Estelle Sheffield; his children, Denise Heath (Doug), Jerry Wilbur Sheffield III and Christy Perault (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Doug Heath III (Anna), Eli Heath, Jase Perault and Landon Perault; and his siblings, Linda Hale (Jimmy), Melissa Sheffield, Pete Sheffield (Laura) and Harry Nettle (Julie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
