He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sue Millsaps; his sons, Randy Millsaps, Carter Millsaps and Keegan Millsaps; his stepchildren, Emanuel Waters, Michele Waters Tanya Jackson and Hope Jackson; and his siblings, Silas Millsaps, Betty Morris and Fran Lovelady. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
