He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Millsaps and Nellie Mae Millsaps; his siblings, Charles, Clyde "Little Clyde", William, Jay, Freddie Millsaps, Aileen Clark, Catherine Denton and Patricia Kelley; and his children, Ricky Millsaps and Debbie Millsaps.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Sue Millsaps; his sons, Randy Millsaps, Carter Millsaps and Keegan Millsaps; his stepchildren, Emanuel Waters, Michele Waters Tanya Jackson and Hope Jackson; and his siblings, Silas Millsaps and Betty Morris. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral & Cremation Services (220 Wildwood Ave, Cleveland, TN 37311).
