He is survived by: his wife Pat Flanary; his son William (Billy); his stepson Mark (Crista); his stepgrandchild Carter of Anchorage, Alaska.; and his siblings, Kenny (Peggy) and Juanita Mangrum (Charles). He is also survived by family members, friends, fellow veterans, Masonic brothers.
