He is survived by: his children, Brianna (Jason), Chloe, Cooper and Jesse Joe; his fiancée Tammy; his grandchildren, Nayeli, Daniel and Jason Ray Maldonado; and his siblings, Servando, Richard, Thomas, Carlos, Michael, Marylou and Maria Adelina Rodriquez. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and a host of friends.
