He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Willard Parks and Allie Wilson Parks. He is survived by: his sister Margaret Ruth; his wife Faye Womac Parks; his daughter Krystil Parks Belcher; his great grandchildren, Riley Belcher, Haley Bean and Addison Belcher; his pet Meow Meow; and his siblings, Mildred Rayburn, Jewel Stiles, Carolyn (Randall Moore) and James Parks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and several special friends.
