He was predeceased by: his wife Victoria Rumage Cline; his parents, Edward Cline and Sarah Cline; and his siblings, Mary Cline and Edward Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Cline of Cleveland and Laura Cline (Austin Allen) of Dallas, Texas.. He is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
