He was predeceased by: his father Troy Sivley; and his grandfather John Simmons. He is survived by: his sister Michaela Sivley Ortiz (Jesus); his goddaughter Mya Ortiz; his grandmother Jane Cofer Visage (Paul); his son Taven Lee Sivley; his stepdaughter Naleigh Thomas; and his aunt Mary Ellen Folkner (Dan). He is also survived by many other cousins and close family friends.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Miracle Lake Recovery Center located in Etowah, Tennessee.
