He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lessie Dover, Dillard Dover, Harlin Hamill and Velda Browne; and his siblings, Amy Markham, Victor Headrick, Neal Dover Jr. (Whitney), Alisha Ingram (Jordan) and Kallie Dover Latham.
He is survived by: his parents, Neal Dover (Barbara) and Susan Dover; his niece Victoria Ellison; his nephew Ethan Headrick; his cousin Buster Visage; and his close friends, Sean, Lauren Fleming, Liam, Wes Summers and Lydia Brannen.
