She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldridge Alderman and Beulah Alderman (Wells); her husband Robert Fields; her grandparents, Eddie, Lillian "Fannie" Wells, Carl and Alma Alderman; and her brother Henry Alderman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Dodge (Ron) and Deanna Hewitt (David); her granddaughters, Bethany Richardson (Caleb), Leslie Lyssens (Mike), Sabrina Dodge, Jordyn Dodge, Madison Dodge, Veronica Dodge, Kaitlyn Hewitt and Kristyn Hewitt; her great grandchildren, Gracelyn Richardson and Amadeus Lyssens; and her sister Sue Vest (Steve).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (3425 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37312). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, July 12th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fort Hill Cemetery (South) (92 Oak St SW, Cleveland, TN 37311).
