She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Goforth and Reba Moser Goforth; her husband Gene Tate; and her son-in-law Eric Sneed. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Sneed Bell (Joseph) and Melanie West (Michael); her grandchildren, Derek Sneed, Galie Posey (Cody), Elijah West, Emmy West and Jonas West; and her great grandchild Jayden Posey.
