She is survived by: her children, Christopher Eric Ballard and Candace Elica Ballard; her close friend Herman Everett Ballard Jr.; her parents, Wilbur Bishop Sr. and Marjorie Jane Bishop; and her siblings, Wilbur Bishop Jr., Wayne Bishop and Joyce Green.
