He was predeceased by: his parents, George Alexander Douglas and Inez Millian Douglas; his wife Beulah Yarber Douglas; his siblings, Harry Lee Douglas and Barbara Seaborn; and his son Charles Edward Wade III.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Douglas (Tasha), Keith Douglas (Tammy), Summer Douglas and Renae Hartert (Joe); and his grandchildren, Sabra Robinson (Kevin), Marcus Campbell, Neil Hartert, Kristen Hartert, Brian Hartert, Morgan Oetzman Evan Douglas (Alan), Nathan Douglas (Shasta), Justin Douglas (Amber) and Evelyn Mooneyham. He is also survived by great grandchildren, beloved nieces and nephews, as well as many wonderful friends.
