He was predeceased by: his father Ray Steele; his aunt Annette Burt; his uncle Julian Burt; his cousin Phillip Burt; and his grandparents, Daniel and Bessie Burt.
He is survived by: his mother Urline Steele of Cleveland, TN; his daughter Brittany Mowery (Chris) of Cleveland, TN; his grandchildren, Mikayla and James Mowery of Cleveland, TN; his brother Stephen Steele of Gaffney, SC; and his uncle Glynn Burt of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.
