With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lamar Headrick of Cleveland, Tennessee, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Headrick and Lola Headrick (Fletcher); and his siblings, Johnny Headrick, Harold Headrick (Lola), Donnie Headrick (Helen), Jewel Grant of Ringgold and Judy Adkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Thatch (Tony); his grandchildren, Cassidy Turner (Johnathon) and Corey Thatch (Michelle); his great grandchild Amelia Turner; and his siblings, Richard Headrick (Carolyn), Thurman Headrick (late Norma) and Rena Peters (late Alvin).
