He is survived by: his wife Dana; his daughter Whitney Lauren Stephens (Bo); his granddaughters, Margo and Leah Stephens; his sisters, Shirley Shoemaker, Joyce Steele and Melba Wyatt; his sisters-in-law, Nell Hall and Brenda Hall; and his brothers, John Hall and Doyle Hall (Sherry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
