He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Holcomb; and his children, Herbert Chambers (Jenn), John Chambers (Donna), Hoyt Chambers Jr., Arville Lee Chambers (Shaye), Donnie Chambers, Dakota Miller, William Conner, Jessica Holcomb, Carolyn White, Chasity Baliles (Aaron) and Phyllis Pressley. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
