She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Blair; and her brothers, Clarence, Donald, Charles, Orville Jr. and Joseph Willis.
She is survived by: her children, Katrina Moran (Warren), Dee Dee Chapman and Howard Chapman (Shirley); her grandchildren, Isaac Simmons, Candis Harvey (Chuck) and Dameon Splawn (Bobbie); her siblings, Hazel White, Shirley Winton, Robert Willis, Joan Robinson (Edward) and Kimberly Willis; her sister-in-law Linda Willis; and her close friends, Ruth Shannon, Artie M. Thaxton and Maggie Wolf.
