She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Lee Waller and Margaret Louise Keyes Waller; her husband John Lynn Watson; her brother Jimmie Lee Waller; and her son-in-law Matthew Harrison Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Tara Watson Brown of Cleveland and John Steen Watson (Courtney Oishi Watson) of Chattanooga; and her grandchildren, Grover Harrison Brown, Watson Benjamin Brown, Matthew Ash Brown, John Bennett Watson, Waller Oishi Watson and Tate Genevieve Watson.
