He was predeceased by: his father Lonnie Johnson; and his sister Betty Blaylock. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Johnson; his mother Ruby Hensley; and his siblings, Ann Woods (Bart), Carolyn Tsouprake (Rob), April Bowman, Rick Hensley, Frank Hensley, Jerry Blaylock, Vernon Blaylock and Freeman Blaylock.
