She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Spraker Sr.; her parents, William Duncan and Theresa Duncan; and her sisters, Barbara Hiatt and Betty Dunn.

She is survived by: her sons, Robert Spraker (Brenda) and Steve Spraker (Nancy); her grandchildren, Dawn Cartwright, Penny Spraker, Shannon Author, Jason Spraker, Jeremy Spraker and Amy Teague; her great grandchildren, Kelsie Posey, Kaelyn Cartwright, Chase Dixon, Cassie Author, Anniston Spraker, Will Spraker, Landa Brewer and Jamison Teague; and her great great grandchildren, Kenzli Author, Kylina Author, Emma Claire Posey, Rhett Posey and Bennett Teague.
