She is survived by: her husband Ron Samples of Cleveland; her son Jarrett Samples of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Brittany Cupp (Samples) of Knoxville and Wade Samples of Knoxville; her brother Bobby Miller (Ratchet) of Rockwood; and her close friend Rebecca Thompson-Stanfield.
