She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae O. Tibbs and Calvin W. Jarrett; her husband Billy G. Berry; her siblings, Barbara J. Pugh, Dorothy J. Moore, Gregory A. Tibbs, Dennis Jarrett and Gilbert Jarrett; and her granddaughter Nastachia J. Colbert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Colbert of Cleveland, TN, Tamra Jarrett of Cleveland, TN and Janet McCann (Aaron) of Cleveland, TN; her grandchildren, Brielle Burgin (Jeremy), MaKayla Houston (Justin) and Tristen McCann; her great grandchildren, Jon Emory and Avacyn L. Burgin; her siblings, Brenda Jarrett, Waynetta Taylor of Cleveland, TN, Purnella McCleary of Charleston, TN and Calvin G. Jarrett (Deliah) of Cleveland, TN; and her sister-in-law Anna Bell Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews, as well as many great-nieces and nephews.
