She was predeceased by: her parents, Sally Campbell Phillips and George Phillips; her husband William Joseph Chapman; and her brothers, Donald Phillips, Jackie Phillips and Lonnie Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Chapman of Cleveland and Richard Chapman (Olivia) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Jack Chapman, Nate Chapman and Ben Chapman; and her sister Virginia "Jenny" Blankenship. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Chapel (220 Wildwood Ave, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
