She was predeceased by: her father William Harrison Harris; her former husband John Lester Hampton; her husband Gordon Burnette; her son William Lester Hampton; her brother William Marvin Harris; and her grandson Willie Hampton.
She is survived by: her son Paul Hampton; and her grandchildren, Dustin, Corey Hampton, Wade Hampton, Brian Hampton and Felisha Hampton Pirtle. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
