She is survived by: her goddaughter Amber Cruz (Alex); her grandchildren, Taneyah, Camden, Xander and Xavier of Powell, TN.; her niece Danielle Mantooth; her great-niece Payton; her great-nephew Cooper of Cleveland, TN.; her brother-in-law Dany Mantooth (Loretta); and her mother-in-law Doris Mantooth of Cleveland, TN.
