She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Railey and Ella Jane Pitts Railey; her husband U. L. Franks; her son Joe Kitchens; and her grandchildren, Joey and T. J. Kitchens.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Kitchens of Rockmart, GA, Tim Franks of Villa Rice, GA and Iva Franks of Cleveland, TN; her daughters-in-law, Miriam Kitchens of Rockmart, GA, Sharon Kitchens of Cartersville, GA and Trina Ingram of Cleveland, TN; and her grandchildren, Josh Kitchens, Caleb Kitchens, Corey Kitchens, Randy Franks, April Lovett and Monica Elton. She is also survived by many loving great grandchildren, numerous other extended family members and a host of special friends.
