He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Taylor and Alma Taylor Ivey. He is survived by: his daughters, Maegan Clanton (Cody) and Lauren Liles; his granddaughters, Chloe and Millie Clanton of Cleveland, TN; his sister Denise Darnell (David) of Chattanooga, TN; his niece Abby Callahan (Chris); and his great-niece Lucy Callahan of Chattanooga.
