He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, LaManda DeLay Bowers and Michael DeLay (Courtney); his grandchildren, Emma Evans, Hannah Bowers, Elijah DeLay and Isaiah DeLay; and his sisters, Gayla Guy (Willie) and Tammy Couch (Terry). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
