He is survived by: his wife Lyudmila; his daughters, Taisiya and Yuliya; his grandchildren, Alena, Emilia, Dimitri and Elijah; and his sister Olga Malyk (Stephan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
