He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Maria Palmer (David Coile); his wife Mary Lou Catherine Palmer; his sisters, Charlene Blevins and Gail Palmer; his son Milton LeBron Palmer (Staci Marie Palmer); his grandchildren, April Catherine Wilson (Coile), Nickolas David Coile (Linda Coile), Kira Michelle Trejo (Cristobal), Kerri Frances Colon (Mahali Colon), Nathaniel Reese Tyler, Emma and Katherine Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Alden Pierce Coile, Viven Celeste Coile, Elias Judson Coile, Bentley LeBron Evans, Lester David Evans III, Mateo Orozco Trejo, Mahali Colon III, Layla Colon and Aurora Grace Colon.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the South Cleveland Church of God (1846 Volunteer Dr SW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. An entombment was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (7180 N Lee Hwy, Cleveland, TN 37312).
