He is survived by: his children, Svetlana Pavlov (Vova), Kostya Polezhaev, Lyubov Olesh (Roman), Nadezhda Polezhaeva, Stephen Polezhaev (Kathleen) and Joshua Polezhaev (Amy); and his sisters, Lyubov Romanova, Nadezhda Romanov (Alex), Vera Ivahov, Lidia Voyteneo Divors, Elisaveta Kouzniaev (Oleg) and Svetlana Ryabchuk (Ilya). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
