She is survived by: her daughters, Sondra Best (Lewis) and Karen Key (Thomas); her grandchildren, David Ray, Christy, Trudy, Chris, Ross, Shelly, Josh, Keisha, Little David and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Colby, Daphine, Trey, Dylan, Gracie, Zoey, Alex, Milika, Brooke, Katilyn, Taylor, Hailey, Leah, Abby, Kara, Cannon, Freya and Skyla; her great great grandchildren, Bryson, Whyatt, Korban, Asher, Truitt, Tinsley, Parker, Malcom and Tristyn; her cousin Lola Shipley; and her close friend Brenda Robinson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in Opal's memory.
