She is survived by: her significant other Charles L. Moore of Cleveland; her siblings, Kenneth Fortner of Cleveland, Louise Pankey of Benton, TN, Carol Hatmaker of Cleveland and Phyllis Newton of Chattanooga; her siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Fortner of Cleveland, Pankey of Benton, TN, Larry Hatmaker of Cleveland and Christine Holt (John) of Texas; and her cousin Bobby Weaver of Cleveland.
