She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Saunders and Elizabeth Russell Saunders; and her siblings, Deloris Haney, Steven and Dwight Saunders.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Waters, Bert Hicks of Chesapeake, VA and Steven Creek; her daughter-in-law Shelley Creek (Jason Creek) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Corey Creek, Aidan Bonifas, Elisha Hicks, Elijah Hicks, Coyer Brown, Justin Causseaux, Tanner Greeson, Camryn Creek, Trendyn Creek, Alexis Creek, M'Lynn Creek, Christopher Creek, Charlie Creek and Serenity Creek; Bradley Waters of Chesapeake, VA. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be sent to the Cleveland Dixie Day in memory of Peggy Long.
