He was predeceased by: his father Larry Leo Walker; his brother-in-law Tim Pierce; and his friend Linda Hallmark. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Walker; his children, Jonathan Walker (Hannah), Perry Dale Walker, Stephanie Walker and Brittany Walker (Derrick Litton); his mother Carolyn Walker; and his siblings, Tom Walker (Phaedra), Joe Walker (Gina), Larry Walker II and Lisa Thompson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

“I am so very sad to hear that Perry has passed. While health does not allow me to travel, I am with you in spirit as I remember how important Perry and Tom were to me when they lived in Vincennes. Seeing you in the last many years has always been at family funerals because you were so gracious to come to Vincennes. When we talked at Sharon's memorial, it felt as if the 45 years had only been a few months. Time, distance or even death cannot stop love. May God's love comfort you. John Dunn”
