It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Tippitt of Cleveland, Tennessee, who passed away on July 16, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hicks and Mildred Ross Hicks; her sister Brenda Harpe; her nephew Barry Bailey; and her niece Melissa Medley.
She is survived by: her husband Philip Tippitt; her son Brian Tippitt (Doreen) of Cleveland; her grandchildren, Colin Tippitt of Cleveland, Hannah Tippitt of Cleveland and Mary Tippitt Richards (Casey) of Talking Rock, GA; her siblings-in-law, James Harpe of Somerset, KY and Janice Chadwick (Don) of Jacksboro, TN; her niece Stephanie Lovell of Brookeville, OH; her nephews, Darren Harpe of Columbus, OH, Randy Bailey of Hattiesburg, MS and Greg Bailey of Lafollette, TN; and her extended family Clay Grigsby of Cleveland.
