He is survived by: his wife Janice Slack; his sister Sherry Sears; his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Slack and Judy Slack; his sibling's children, Darrell Slack (Bridgette), Robin Campbell (Gene) and Dana Sears; his great-nieces, Morgan Fox (Matthew) and Hallie Slack; his stepchildren, Jason Lett (Amy) and Amanda Bates (Will); and his grandsons, Logan Bates and Gavyn Lett.
