He was predeceased by: his former wife Martha Ann Cain Stinnett; his son Ricky Stinnett; his stepson Rick Slack; his siblings, Alvin Stinnett, Carl Stinnett (Linda), Douglas Stinnett, Ruth Powers, Edith Jones and Lucy Stinnett (Joe Rodriguez); and his parents, William Armstrong Stinnett and Mildred Ardenia Stinnett.
He is survived by: his wife Hazel Slack Stinnett; his children, Debbie Jenkins (Barry) of Cleveland, TN, David Stinnett of Cleveland, TN and Tammy Fields (Jerry) of Cleveland, TN; his daughter-in-law Katie Stinnett of Springfield, MO; his stepdaughter Brenda Slack-Branam of Cleveland, TN; his grandchildren, Joseph Keel, Geoffrey Keel, Alex Stinnett, Matthew Jenkins, Jennifer Mowery, Trevor Knoblauch, Caitlin Stinnett, Trevor Thomas Branam, Jeremy Walsh and Skylar Walsh; his brothers, Guinn Stinnett (Brenda) and Jerry Stinnett; and his brother-in-law Willard Jones. He is also survived by many loving great-grandchildren, in-laws, nieces and nephews.
