He was predeceased by: his parents, Cora Owens and Pete Owens; his daughter Nancy Woodard; and his wife Sue Owens. He is survived by: his children, Allen Owens (Lisa) and Chanda Provost (Darryl); his grandchildren, Meagan, Mallory, Chelsea, Alayne, Zoeigh, Nicole and Sean; and his great grandchildren, Owen, Emerson, Addi Grace, Rosie, Jace, Ava, Noah and Maddox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
