He is survived by: his wife Juanita Spencer; his children, Robin Spencer (Cleveland), Eric Spencer (Sheila) of Cleveland, Mitch Chastain (Penny) of Cleveland and Mike Chastain; his grandchildren, Dax Spencer, Drew Spencer (Ashley), Blake Chastain (Brooke), Garrett Chastain (Klaryssa), Alexandria Hembree, Aidan Chastain, Brandon Sluder (Rebecca), Colby Sluder and Keila Ledwell; and his sister Frances McCullough. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
