With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Williams in Cleveland, Tennessee, born in Birmingham, Alabama, who passed away on May 25, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Callie Williams Powell; his daughter Pamela Williams Richmond; and his sisters, Dorothy Williams Juana and Josephine Powell. He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams; his children, Lolita Williams Burnette of Atlanta, Georgia, Richard Williams, Jr. (Jackie) of Atlanta, Georgia, Reginald Williams (Kim) of Clarksville, Tennessee and Raynard Williams of Atlanta, Georgia; and his stepdaughter Tameika Noland (Gary) of Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
