He is survived by: his parents, Wanda Blackaby and Gerald Fox (Donna); his daughters, Bahja Fox and Shayla Cook (Mark); and his grandson Ezekiel Torres.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral and Cremation Services, North Ocoee St. Chapel (2603 N Ocoee St, Cleveland, TN 37311). A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 30th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Fort Hill Cemetery.
