She is survived by: her husband Gary Ray Horne; her children, Amanda Couch (Matthew Johnston) and Gary Lee Horne (Amber Ward); her grandchildren, Nevaeh Horne, Haleigh Couch, Mariah Johnston, Caiden Johnston, Braiden Couch, Aiden Flerl, Annabell Horne and Alex Horne; her in-laws, Melvin Horne and Tina Johnson; and her sibling's children, Tiffany Johnson and Bubba Horne. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
