He is survived by: his wife Shirley Verhelle Blackner; his children, Wade Blackner of Pinecrest, FL, Linda Walters, Charlotte Miller, Kathy Blackner of Cleveland, Susan Best of Defiance, OH, David Blackner, Raymond Blackner and Kevin Blackner of Lakeland, FL; his grandchildren, Alissa Knippen, Michael Best, Andrea Ellis, Corina Dunn, Robert Walters, Tab Blackner, Ethan Blackner, Joshua Blackner, Justin Tyler Blackner, Brittany Blackner, Samantha Blackner, Ashley Blackner, Joey Blackner, Mandy Blackner, Lindsey Blackner and McKenzie Blackner; and his sister Dorothy Conzo of New Mojave Desert, CA. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
