He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Headrick, Sr. and Margie Cartwright Headrick. He is survived by: his wife Linda Carolyn Caywood Headrick; his daughters, Sandy Markham (Mark) and Sharon Holmes (Tony); his niece LeAnn Hayes; his grandchildren, Haylee Wycoff (Ben), Emilee Markham, Parker Holmes, Leah Contreras (Erickson), Landen Holmes, Ben Markham and Carson Holmes; his great grandchild Evelynn Wycoff; his siblings, Wanda Headrick, Linda Headrick, Karrie Works, Randy Headrick, Wesley Headrick, James Headrick, Bonnie Hayes, Debbie Warner, JoAnn Caywood and Sheila Cochran; and his close friend Melvin Glass. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
