He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Masingale and Allie Masingale; his wife Wanda Masingale; his daughter Kandi Edwards; and his siblings, Johnnie, Leona, Shirley, Fleta, Jewell, Juanita, Wayne, Dillard and Gene.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Amber Edwards (Nick Oswalt) and Derek Grady "Big Boy" (Gracie King); his great grandchildren, Jeremiah Scott, Jaylee Scott and Morgan Oswalt; and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Smith (Julie) and Jeri Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Companion Funeral & Cremation Service - Cleveland (2415 Georgetown Rd NW, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
