He is survived by: his mother Brenda Teems; his wife Brandy Teems; his children, Matthew Hitchcock, Shelbie Harvey (Chandler) and Shea Teems; his brother Joseph Teems (Joey); his grandchildren, Baron and Elise Harvey; and his nieces and nephews, Callie, Carson and Landon McDonald.
