It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Herbert Phillips of Cleveland, Tennessee, born in Andrews, North Carolina, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Phillips and Nelle Phillips (Foster); and his siblings, Carroll, Larry Phillips and Sandra Dockery.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Phillips (Mitchell); his children, Lynda Phillips of Cleveland, Mark Phillips (Lyman) of New Port Richey, FL and John Phillips (Gina) of Soddy Daisy, TN; his stepson Mitch Anderson (Katie) of Sweetwater, TN; and his brother Steve Phillips. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
